    What can be deleted

You can ask us to delete personal data linked to your Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp identity, such as messages you sent to a business using our platform, your profile name and picture, and your channel identifier. You can also ask us to delete your workspace account data.

  2. 02

    How to request deletion

Email hello@midlineseven.com with the subject "Data deletion request".

Tell us which channel the data relates to (Facebook Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp) and include your name as shown on the profile, plus your phone number for WhatsApp or your profile link or username for Facebook and Instagram, so we can find the right records.

  3. 03

    Removing the app from Facebook

If you added Midline Seven through Facebook, you can also go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites, select Midline Seven and choose Remove. Then email us to confirm deletion of data we already received.

  4. 04

    What happens next

We may ask you to verify that the request is yours. After verification we delete or irreversibly anonymise the data within 30 days and send you a confirmation with a reference code.

  5. 05

    What we may keep

We keep only what the law requires, for example billing and audit records, and we remove it when the obligation ends. Conversations may remain visible to the business you wrote to if they hold a copy outside our platform, so you may need to contact that business too.
